It’s good to be back!
My wife and I just got back from two weeks in Europe. Supposed to be the trip of a lifetime. It was the trip we planned five years ago and had to cancel. The trip celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary. What on earth could possibly go wrong, right? Well I’ll spare you the ugly details but all I can say is Paris and Montmartre were fabulous and Italy was Ehhh!
Can’t really blame Italy itself as much as the elected officials there who have made it nearly impossible to travel within that country without having to have someone nasal screw you every 48 hours for Covid. An absolutely beautiful country but at this time an anxiety inducing mess of a place to be. I highly suggest you avoid travel there until all of this ridiculous hype over this infection has subsided once and for all.
Which brings me to my elation for being back home in the good ‘ol US of A. Yes sir, by far the best country on the face of this rock and don’t you forget it. A trip like this really does put in perspective all that you have and just how free we are here.
Spring is around the corner and you’ll begin to see us popping up at art fairs in the greater Atlanta area and other select cities (to be announced) so make sure to check our website for dates and times. And until then you can always visit us at our new brick and mortar home within the walls of Park West Vintage just off the square in Marietta.
