New shows added

It’s beginning to shift into high gear on the art show circuit this year and I have a few that may be of interest to you. Aside from my July 6th stop at the Drexel Farmer and Maker’s Market, I’ll be at Cathedral Square on Sunday July 21st and returning to this same venue again on September 8th, and the 15th.

August is shaping up to be busy too with stops scheduled at the Mequon Summer Market on the 3rd, and the big one on Geneva Lake - the Lake Geneva Art in the Park event happening on the 10th and 11th. I’m still on the Wait List for a couple of shows so tentatively I’m keeping the August 17 & 18th date open for the Oconomowoc Festival of the Arts, as well as August 31st/September 1st for the Third Ward Art Festival. And rounding out September will be the Holy Hill Art Festival held on the 21st. All details can be found on my website at www.scrapesgarage.com/events.

Even if you’re not in the market right now for a painting, sculpture, or some stunning professional photography, you owe it to yourself to stop out to one of these shows and see the amazing things that these artist have. There’s not a show that goes by where I’m not humbled to be around this caliber of talent, and they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. And trust me when I say I’d be as happy putting a smile on your face by just showing you some of my work as I would be with the smile you’d put on my face for stopping by. Hope to see you this summer!
